Its called Taseer in urdu and perhaps Effect in english.

Dry fruits for example have a garam taseer aka warm/hot effect while Milk with ice has a Cooling effect or Taseer.

Fruits with the cooling effect:
Strawberries
Cherries
Apples

hell no …any fruit with acid can never be thanda .. I doubt …
