What is "review"?

I have yet to see any thread coming back from the so called “review” folder. So what do you guys do there? Put the stuff there and the debate among yourselves for days to decide if it should be brought back or not? Please enlighten and I’m not familar with what exactly you guys do with the “reviewable” threads.

I intend discuss in more lengths the shaving threads. Please let me know the time frame when it’d be back from review. You see sometimes thoughts are fresher in mind when you’re discussing something, and a break breaks the chain of thought.

The thread is at exactly the same place as it was before, only its locked for now. It will either remain locked, reopened or deleted completely.

How about the one on nipples? It's been quite few days now. How about the one I started on "Oral sex" last year? Bhaee aap saaf saaf baat kareiN aur koi time frame bataeiN.

Going back to other question. So what is "review"? You guys get together and discuss the appropriateness of a thread? Who decides what? Do you all take a vote finally? Just curious.
