yesterday, i had the honor to go to a talk at my alma mater and see what this folks on a panel of lawyers and law enforcement agents had to say about racial profiling.
the blacks are a classic example of that in the US history and they are still dealing with this, to this day.
latinos, chineses, koreans and veitnamese had also been the target of this
most recently south east asian, middle eastern, african and arab muslims are becoming the target of the illegal tactic of racial profiling
the panel had a black lawyer, a female muslim law student, a aclu representative, one gentle man from council for civil rights, and an fbi rep. ady.
4 out of 5 panelists gave their small talks, from their work field references, that what racial profiling means to them as people knowing the politics and the
twisting of laws for border protection and civilian interrogation and seizure, ‘standard policies’ or unwarranted stop and check, arrest and deport - together with the instilled fear and the un commensurable sense of being held under suspicious of ‘nothing’ and the allied humiliation.
and when the panel came to the much disgruntled FBI lady, she totally skipped the questions, being rude to the audience and the a couple of panelists.
she denied having to reply to fbi’s illegal and horrendous tactics in the name of protecting the country.
but, who does not get racially profiled?

how bizarre, how shallow is the constant news analysis, the policy’s coverage and the out right disdain on the part of the states’ govt. which thinks to itself, that the war mongering, is the way to be - to be successful in the world , as self proclaimed mighty power, which is basically greedy and supremacist to no end.
it hurts to be thinking that what u are hoping to make a home out of, in this country, is actually never your home. the reality is there is no welcome.
we are good until we are letting people loot and plunder, destroy and manipulate our countries, cultures, & even faith.
arrogant self righteousness, callous, wicked, vicious, feigning mind set,
a sense of deliberate capability to harm anyone anywhere, without any reason
is the mechanism of maintaining the power which the US govt. has been doing.
but, it is not going to work. it never worked.
how many a times, whites go to non-christian countries and they get treated badly. if anything, they themselves, say that they are treated like some superb creature.
and when honest, decent, law-abiding people migrate to the US, their race becomes an issue for law enforcement.
we must realize that we must work together and establish trust among those who are transparent in nature.
