theres many, i see it everywhere, however this should be more then sufficient
وَمَا تَشَاءُونَ إِلَّا أَن يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
But you cannot will, unless Allah wills. Verily, Allah is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise. 76:30
