What is "Pakistanianism" ?

After reading this

I wondered how Pakistanis and Indians would think about their respective national sports spirit & attitude, in general, over the years. Could it be possible to also summarize it in few words ?

Re: What is "Pakistanianism" ?

Pakistanianism: jeetey tu jeetey nahi tu jaoo tumheen jeet dee

Re: What is "Pakistanianism" ?

"Pakistaniansim" in this context will be to support your team regardless of the results. We moan, groan, swear at the team but always support them. one of the best supported team in the world. This definition is form a supporter point of view.

I dont want to comment from teams point of view, it wont be very flattering.

Re: What is "Pakistanianism" ?

^ Well said.

I seriously doubt the following to be true about Australianism (in recent times).
to win within the laws but, if necessary, to the last limit within them.
Now the word 'within' might be replaced by 'beyond'.

Re: What is “Pakistanianism” ?

Pakistanianism = consistent inconsistency. unpredictability is our strength

and is summed up very nicely here

It wasn’t so much their unpredictability that brought the game to the wire but their consistency. No team in world cricket is more likely to stumble on the last few steps as they climb up to the victory podium…lol

You never quite know what to expect from the team even when it is oozing with talent. It all depends on which Pakistan turns up for the game and is esp. true of our batting performances over the years
