boys: (yes, I didn't say "men" on purpose) - if you've ever had to pass a kidney stone - think of that pain going continous for 24 hours (or however many hours labor is on average).
Oh come on get over it PCG. There are plethora of drugs available to ease the pain, not to mention C-section. Have you ever been hit in the gonads? Of course not, you dont have a pair.
Childbirth is an end result of a process. First a woman has to go through 9 months of pain. The morning sickness, fatigue, contractions. As the baby grows and moves there is a general feeling that your body is not really your own. A woman essential sacrifices her own self for this little being. So the birth though it is painful is exciting and like a miracle. A woman's body is flooded with adrenaline and with pain relief available now it usually goes pretty smoothly.
You can't compare the pain because it is completely differnent in every way to a man's pain. I'm sure that's a very sensitive region for a man, but it's not like something is growing in there.
