I have earlier heard this word been used for some food dishes but recently this lady at gym told me your body is “badi” and i went like hmmm whattt?!. Actually we were discussing how i dont have enough energy and strength in me though i look quite healthy. So she said you are like a teddy bear all soft and there is nothing inside you. Lol.
She said so in order to loose the chubbiness you want you need to tke something for this badiness of yours. She suggested boiling few things like saunf, kolanji, etc in the morning and drinking that water.
you are bloated. thats what i means. when a person is bloated, they swell up... so to ppl they may look like they eat a lot, but its not food that swelling them up, but retained water... so you dont look healthy either. ppl would assume you have a lot of energy and strength, but you dont.
Badi means gastric. When a food is referred to as being badi, it means that it will give you gas (create air pockets in your tummy). Never heard of people being referred to as badi, but I guess the lady meant the same.
@ Khawateen. Oh ok that makes sense but i dont think i luk swelled up, lolz. Anyways, if this is what it is, what shud be done abt it? Any ideas.
well.. go for a full physical... taht includes bloodwork... you can easily get answers that way.
im only saying this cuz you said you dont feel like you have any energy to strength...
but if it were JUST cuz someone was saying that is how you look to them... well you may look like a whole lotta else to others.. cant believe everything you hear...
@ khawateen. thnx yar. no actually i just discussed this with the head at gym n she said by badi the lady probably meant bloated bt when i got my fat test done the water level was fine. Bt i m nt sure how accurate those tests are, bt she recommended that i drink more water in order to make sure if there is any access water retention it exists the body. Something like that. So yah wl do so and i have gotten my blood glucose n some hormonal tests done n they were all fine. Now i am thinking of getting insuline serum level tested, maybe tomorow.
