i can barely cook, ive mada chicken sala, bhindi, and daal,roti tandoori chikn, chikn karhai and pastas. thats it. pulao has been too soggy and looks like kichri, what else should i know how to make…

koftay, palak gosht , murgh cholay, qorma, pa-ya , nihari , haleem , daal gosht, aloo key qatlian, khageena , any kind of subzi with gosht, Pakistani love meat in every thing , anda tamatar, anda aloo, karahi gosht , chicken karahi ,karhee , dahi baray , various kinds of chutnies , aloo gosht , taharee, matar qeema , aloo qeema , Pizza desi style like with chicken tikka or seikh kabab on it. Mix and match various ethnic food or desify some ethnic foods.

Half true . Some khitchis taste good when daal and chawal are wakhray , wakhray , and some taste good when they are soggy like mong key daal key patlee kichri.

Nadz is this meant to be a list of things we should be able to cook? Because I can only make about 3 things from the list you have given. :( I will make time to learn to cook, I hope!
