We normally don’t think of knowledge, and assume for it to hold varying significance in our lives. I’d like to get an idea how everyone else understands the concept of knowledge, and whats its significance to them.

knowledge that leads to wisdom is beneficial, otherwise its destructive, or wasteful. Knowledge in todays world is commercial supremacy…therefore we have the terms “knowledge economy”, “knowledge/information workers”.

knowledge is light, ignorance is darkness. knowledge is clarity, opposite of fear. knowledge is being able to separate chaff from real stuff.

Knowledge means knowing something about something in some sense. Basically knowledge is about self awareness and awareness about other things but mainly it is about having sense about origion of things, how they work, why they are what they are and why they do what they do etc etc. Words we use for labeling things or their actions help us communicate our thoughts about things to each other which helps us learn things with help of each other. This is why our brains, senses, bodies, all the provisions and guidance from the creator are helpful for our existence if we use them as we should. If we do not then we create a lot of troubles for ourselves with no end in sight.
