i have heard so many brothers in the ummah telling me that khilafah is fard. but what is khilafah!!!

as for Khilafah, working for it is fard on every Muslim, male & female.
The Khilafah is the islamic ruling system.
It deals with the affairs of the people living within the islamic state, it has a punishment system, social system, economic system.
if someone steals his/her hand will be cut off, under seven conditions this is an commandment from allah(swt), but we as individuals can not do it, it is the job of the state.
i just want to end with a hadith of the prothet(saaw) when he say:He who does not
give his allegiance to a khaleef dies a death of jahaliyah.
