discreet ness should not become a trap when people
make others instruments for their own nosy or jealous, ill willing nature.
whenever people pry, simply let them know that you cannot discuss your concerns with anyone. they will get the idea that you are aware of how to protect your individual life, of course no one sane will do anything bad. people still, seems like, wait for something wrong to happen, and in doing that waiting anticipation, they cause wrongs.
Fraudia bhai, maybe in reality, people are never happy when someone is happy. why bother getting a card from them? they have their own demons to fight with.
