My brothers and mates go crazzzzzyyyy at the gym, pumping and pumping and stuffing themselves with every protein they can get their hands on shake, eggs, tuna you name it but I think it’s so pointless because some of my mates are butt ugly and it’s like dude you’ve got a face like a slapped arse, no amount of muscle will make u look good and big muscles are not even attractive to begin with.
Just medium sized strong muscles that are well toned all over especially at the pecks, abs, biceps and back on a smooth bodied, broad shouldered, tall guy is like nice.
I think best thing is those machines which combine weights and stretching. I can’t see those big horrible bulky guys with unnaturally large muscles doing it for anyone, they’re so horrible and even young guys look so beary and yucky with overtly big muscles.
