It does depend how hard the shock comes ...to say whether anyone is being hurt ...:) And you know what ... It is not adequate to compare two things that are wrong and then to conclude one of them is ok ....

The point. You have missed it. People won't consider this wrong. Maybe strange, or disturbing at best, but it's harmless. Suicide bombing by extremist sunnis is WRONG though. I'd rather see sunnis dancing around in their mosques then blowing up other sunnis/other sects mosques and cities.
