According to Omar Waraich(journalist covering time and independent) the prime minister was to** address the nation at 1315 hrs** but the government is still mulling on the decision, it’s an irony that the prime minster didn’t have the guts to address the nation after obl operation, Pns attack and the NATO attack, at least now he is thinking about it.

If the address to nation is delaying for unknown reasons then there is more to it and it seems like there is some truth in the rumors posted in this thread… on 2nd thought, this govt have undisputed reputation of not handling anything in responsible manner, be it OBL case or as little as following a schedule for Address to nation… Maybe the Sherwani has not reached/pressed yet!!
