Don’t we know about politicians and falling sick? 
There are several possibilities:
- He is really sick and that too seriously.
- He is faking it and has made a deal with establishment (memogate?) and hence about to resign
- There is nothing into it, he is mildly sick, will come back home soon and everything is as it was
Lets just wait and see..
