Please re-read this. If you are opposing this, that means you are opposing the scholars that were mentioned!! I said Imam Ashafi^y, Ibn Hajar Al ^asqalaniyy and others .. stated that bida^a is in tow types, one is good innovation and one is bad innovation why? because Imam Muslim related, through the route of Jarir Ibn ^Abdullah, the Prophet said: which means: <>
That means prophet Muhammad had opened the door for us to good inovations.
Mr Watcher, don’t take things literally becaue the Arabic language is no where close to English because it’s a lot richer and bigger!! So, here are some of the good innovations:
Second Athan
Making salat on Prophet Muhammad after the athan
Adding in shadah when you say ..Wa Ashadu anna Muhammada-Rassaulullah, Sayiduna ^Umar added “wahdahu la sharika lah” and he said: “Ana zidtuha” meaning I have added that.
Praying taraweeh in congragation, Our Master ^Umar made that and oredered Muslims to pray it together while Prophet did not.
Making a Mihrab (Where the Khateeb, Jumu^ah speaker stands) for the the Khateeb in Jumu^ah prayer. It was not done on Prophet Muhammad’s time.
Also Putting dots for the Qur’an, a dot under the Ba’ letter, a dot above the Fa’ letter.. that was not done during Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu ^alayhi wassallam. So if it’s a Bid^ah tell your sect to remove all the dots and let them read the Qur’an without the dots!!.
The first man who added that was Yahya bin Ya^mur as he was a great Man and has done a great innovation otherwise we would not be able to read Al Qur’an.
Miladun-Nabiyy sallallahu ^layhi wassallam is a good innovation as well.
Using Tasbeeh, or (Masbaha).. the line of beads to mention Allah, is also another good innovation. Imam Abu Bakr used to use small stones to for tasbeeh. And there is a da^eef (weak) hadith for the propeht which means: “As-Subaha (The tasbeeh, the beads..) is a great innovation” and weak hadiths are used for the good deeds.
And all of these innovations comply, I repeat, compyly with the religion.
Some of the bad innovations and they are the most that are happening:
Putting the letter (s) or (SAW) after the name of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu ^alayhi wassallam. That is Makrouh to do. And that was clarifyed by the Imam and the Hafith As-Suyoutiy. So for respect, I tell the brothers to put the whole salat and tasleem. Prophet Muhammad said which means: “The greedy person is the one who does not praise me when I’m mentioned infront of him”.. So Sallallahu ^la sayyidina Muhammad wa ^ala 'Alihi wassahbihy wa sallam.

Hey Pristine, could you tell me, IF anything was added NEW into Islam AFTER the death of Prophet Mohammad(pbuh)???
If so, tell us with hadiths references, please.
As I said, good and bad have been defined, the ways to worship ALlah have been defined. When you creat something, thinking that its "good" and you will get reward from Allah, but that way of worship was never carried out by Mohammad, than its wrong.
People creat something new, thinking that its a good way to get worhsip or get reward from Allah, but that way of worship was never done, was not part of Islam at the time of Mohammad, so it becomes invalid.
Brother, Knowt that who ever hates someone will start to look for small things that he thinks might help them in thier lies. Don’t worry, Keep your trust the truth will always be there, and I’m honored to bring it forward.
Subhanallah, look how hard it is for Wacher to accept the truth! After all of what I mentioned from the good innovations of Sahabah and scholars, he is still saying that they are making innovations.

Let me make something very clear that I donot hate Ahmad G at all.In fact I find that I agree with him over some things.Be that as it may I cannot give him what he does not deserve.If I wanted to pick a fight here I could cut and paste some of his posts here to show why I object to him sometimes but that’s not what I want so I am not going to do that.
But just a word of friendly advice to brother Ahmad G,your words 'When you hate someone…'are very interesting.That should not be the attitude of a teacher.I hope you are wise enough to get the point.
