im sure about sunni that they declared them kaffirs but not about shia ...i donno what they think about qadyanis

They are considerd kaffir may all groups of muslims.

Shia,sunni all agree that aqiadh of this jamat is kuffariya.

Declared non muslim by Mo’atamar Alam islami in 1974 in mecca maaz’zamah , meaning *ijmah * by muslims.
