Abasin can be loosely translated to the head of all rivers. It's the name of the Indus.
I don't understand why this ethnic nonesense creeps into Pakhtunkhwa threads. If anything, the people of the province should be able to decide the name.
Also Loy Afghanistan does not necessary mean an expanded territory of Afghanistan - th state, it can also mean the unity of Pakhtuns on both sides of the border. Remmeber Pakistani Pakhtuns outnumber Pakhtuns in Afghanistan and if there was a true secessionist movement, things would get really ugly.
