This is the only source of entertainment for a poor family and now they want to take that away .
It will give them more time to go to family planning clinics and look for other methods, so I think it may lead to a positive effect on population explosion.

Advertise condoms and birth control pills and put them in every store.
encourage people to have fewer children is through the use of government incentives: offering tax breaks or similar methods provided families stop growing after having two children

yeah, pop more babies so that our kachi abadis could flourish more.. or better, more ppl will commit suicide due to poverty.. if ppl supporting population growth are joking then i'd say it's fine but if they're serious, then they need a serious medical check up..

"Joking" about it is just not funny. Overpopulation is a major hindrance to the development of Pakistan and something to be taken seriously.

what's my problem?? my problem is that i care about those poor ppl.. i feel bad they're uneducated about the problems they'd have to face wid all the children they're gona have.. i feel bad that my country and countrymen are gonna suffer. my problem is that i feel bad for all those poor kids who are deprived of their childhood and are forced into child labor.
