You can’t guarantee yourself that you are going to heaven, much less of other peoples/sects. However without the proper belief in the authority of Ahl al Bayt (as), the chances are slim. I am a Shia but I am still a sinner, I do not believe just being a follower and muhib of the Ahl al Bayt will save me from hellfire.
