The very next day after her wedding the bride goes to her parents place for the whole day. The bridegroom comes to his in-laws place to collect his newly bride in the evening or night. This is called ‘Muklawa’. Basically, it is just daughter coming home for first time after rukhsati. In some families, it happens after Valima.
