I am wondering what a Kosarah is I heard once from a friend is it a transsexual person?
I absolutely are against people like that they usually at weddings and ruin everything. Any info would be appreciated.

A eunuch.
I doubt they come to weddings to ruin things. they seem like harmless people who have been reduced to dancing and singing for others at joyous occasion to earn their livelihood. They are pretty much non-entities in Pakistan. Their families disown them due to their gender issues so they live with other eunuchs in groups. There was a play on tv the other day where one of them wants to leave the singing and dancing and earn through respectable means. He goes everywhere looking for work but is turned away from every door and everyone tells him to do what he is meant to do, dance. Then he goes to this workshop and is at the verge of passing out cos he hasn't eaten but the men there tell him to perform a quick dance so they can pay him for it, he passes out while dancing and they throw him out on the streets. That pretty much portrays the significance of these eunuchs in Pakistan.

If they are so harmless why don’t your respected government of Pakistan include them in national database and issue them an identity card ?
There is no official record kept for this underprivileged group , why ?

I was giving my opinion when I said they are harmless. Would I make them my mate or pal? Lets put it this way I would not look down upon them or treat them like they were garbage and worthless. Though when I was in Pakistan I was just afraid of them but that was due to my overly protective upbringing. Now that I have been able to shed most of my biases I don't think I would be afraid of them any more and if i were to ever speak with one i would do so nicely and respectfully.

Do they just only need to treated right ? no they need more then few kind words said in a polite tone or a gentle tap on their broken shoulders .
They need support ! moral , educational and financial support. !
There are still people in our society who think it is fair to rather kill a child with such disability then raise him/her like a normal human being.
This attitude has to change ! it should go !
And it will only change , the day you see them sitting next to you in a school / college or work place !
If some how their financial needs will be catered , I say we will see almost half of them knock off doing what they do for earning some bobs !

not sure if its a serial play. I thought it was only a single one. and honestly i don;t know what channel it aired on either 
his mother goes kinds crazy after having lost him and spends her entire life at bari imam ka shrine where she spends the intial years asking everyone where cheemo (her son, the eunuch) is and then eventually just turns quiet. he also has some ghunda type brothers who r on the look for him to kill him cos if anyone found out they had a eunuch brother it would bring them shame. not sure if cheemo was aware of that or not. After he has been shunned by everyone and has a couple of bad experiences with work (a prostitue hires him as a house servant which he finds out about later and leaves) he is told by someone that if you want food you should go to bari imam cos they have a langar there and no one goes hungry. So he goes and they r taking away a dead body and a few people start gaali galoching him telling him to keep his saaya off the naik woman. so a guy who used to give her food daily starts telling how she was a good woman and kept asking about a cheemo before she turned quiet and he realises it was his mother. so he asks if he can see the womans face and the guy allows him. He does and starts crying and the guy asks if he knew the woman but the eunuch disowns his mother cos he wouldn’t have ppl talk of her as a eunuchs mother. His dialogue there is reflective of the plight of eunuchs in our country. He says soemthing like we have no mother or fathers or brothers, we r just miserbale souls who live by ourselves. It was soooooooo sad i just walked out of the room with tears in my eyes before anyone saw me crying
