From what I know, altering what Allah has given you is considered un-halal. Now implants…I don’t really know if we have rulings on that and say plastic surgeries…

Is it safe? I hear they are getting better now.

There are risks with **all **surgeries.

I know a couple of older muslim women who had double mastectomies, and opted for breast implants.

I know some younger muslim women (30 and younger) who had prophylactic mastectomies, and thus had breast implants to recreate the volume they lost.

I do too, and know that had the implant option was not available it would have been tough on them.
