i see a lot of ppl talking about beauty powder by mac and i am not exactly sure what that is? is it a blush or a face powder or a highlighter?

Beauty powder can be used all over the face to give colour to your face like a natural warm color. It can be applied like any other pressed powder or it can be used to highlight depending mostly on the color you pick. While blush is used on the apples of your cheeks to give more colour to your cheeks.
I haven’t used/bought it but here a vid of a girl (Fafinette] aka Aubrey who bought the collection including the beauty powders:
It's used to 'warm-up' u're complexion.. and give a healthy glow. U dab some on on the apples of u're cheeks, across u're forehead and on u're chin.
