2- official 12er position on velayat-e-faqi
3-is imaran liaqat a 12er scholar ? are his beliefs mainstream 12er beliefs now ?

just answereing from my bit of knowledge most mujtahids do not allow zanjeer zani and most people don,t do it but also keep in mind there are 2 groups in ashna ashri shia,s ones those who follow mujtahids and the others don,t they have their own ways so u cant bind all shia,s in one category same as all sunni schoolof thoughts are different
and as far as this liaqat guy is concerened no he is not our mujtahid just type shia aytollah,s in google and there will be a list in totalwe have i think 13 -14mujtahids at the moment

just wanted to update ur list, there are currently 33 Mujtahid’s ( Marja-i-taqleed).

Two of them Marja Tagi Bhajat r.a and Marja Montazeri r.a passed away in 2009.
