I get a yearly paid oyster card (valued at £2,800ish) every year. We used to get a bonus but they scrapped it.
Does anyone else get any incentives from their workplace?

Did you just say “this expensive oyster card”? Yeah, of course. It’s an unlimited £££ oyster card.

yeah , there are the usual perks like parking space , but this was a managerial level perk.
Some companies provide flexible working routine, contribution to the pension scheme , private health insurance, company car etc
To be honest, in England , perks hugely vary from company to company. They have several different combinations of perks .
PS : Oyster card is a huge perk in my opinion and it can benefit you so much :@:

We get 2 bonuses/increments in a year depending on Performance. Our subway cards, cab rides, parking bills, gas charges basically any thing related to commute is reimbursed. Every one other then the internees gets a corporate card for any company related expense like team dinners, training, client entertainment etc.
We also have day care, baby care, gym in all of the major offices. And we have a gym program for all the major gyms in the vicinity for which the employees pay discounted rates. We get daily breakfast, gourmet coffee, snacks for free. We also get two catered lunches a month which are additional to special lunch ones for events like Mardi Gras, Cinco De Mayo, Thanks giving, African American month etc. The recent FIFA matches were being shown live and they had brought in beer from all the countries which were playing. Too bad none of the countries where our offices are reached the finals. 
Oh we also have dry cleaners, shoe shine, skin care(quick facials, mani/padi cures etc.) on site for which we have to pay discounted rates.
These perks however vary from region to region. They have many more lucrative incentives in the European region while India is very strict in terms of incentives.

Private healthcare (UK), up to 14% bonus (highest i had was 11%), car allowance, pension, share preference scheme and 2 days off to do volunteer work.
Also I make loads of air miles and Hilton/Hyatt points.
