GSbot seems like an experiment, may be moderators should remove these threads in that case so things don’t look kinda weird.

it is not an experiment. Its an effort to bring fresh content for your discussions. made a sub forum rss:cricket. if anyone replies to any of the posts there, these will end up in parent forum (cricketnama).

…but the bot can only initiate threads on news items ? Can it start an analysis thread as well, or follow up on a response ?

If it can we could be replaced by Bots pretty soon :bummer:
