Its a delicacy made from milk. It is made in a big 'kaRhao' where milk is boiled and the upper crust is kept aside and I think they mix sugar with milk but they probably add sugar later on as well. It is quite yummy and although you can find it in Karachi but the best rabRee comes from Thatta.
Now, you have mentioned it's name I really miss rabRee which I haven't had for 7 odd years.

Akif, Man I think you have never tried Rabri wali Kulfi. It is the best kind! I have never seen Rubri, but I love Rubri wali Kulfi.

Akif, Rabri is not jelly. It is made up of pure milk and the layers (balayee or malayee) of it is kept aside to make this stuff. It is normally sold in clay pots that cools it down and is tasty. Some people claim that Hyderabad makes better rabRi than Thtta but I don't agree as I have tasted both and the one from Thatta are far better than Hyderabadi one.
u never had rabri befroe.....awwww...welll pistashio rabri is the best...pluss my nana's friend bring us some every now and then when she goes to pkaistan.....the good one is found in hedrabad and lahore!!!

uffo, kheer is boiled milk with rice, sugar etc. and then it is cooled down while rabRee is only the balayee kept aside one by one while the milk is boiling. Kulfi, I guess is concentrated milk cooled down immediately.
Isn't Rabri the first milk of the cow after her baby birth and you boil the milk and take the cream out or something like that.
