Who says that Pakistani laws are sharia based? Pakistan Penal Code is the exact copy of Indian Penal code given by British Raj Contract Act is same both in India, Pakistan and probably UK as well. When Penal code (prescribing penalties) is not Islamic, how could one blame sharia being root cause of Pakistan’s problems?
