What if the overseas Pakistanis sent in their votes on a plain piece of paper via certified mail directly to ECP Office. Yes, it’s silly, and it won’t count for anything. But wouldn’t it get the message across that ‘Our votes matter!’. Better yet if they all said “Our Votes Matter!” on every single page that was sent in. 
It could turn out to be one of these spontaneous things that catches on. If nothing else, ECP will be forced to consider early implementation in the future to ensure that overseas Pakistanis can cast their votes just as Pakistanis in Pakistan are able to.
