.....can not make a decent cup of chai yet she attempts to make it for you all the time. Do you grin and gulp down the swill or do you actually tell her its horrible and you will make it yourself?
Gulp it down the first time, next time just ask her to alternate chai for coffee, if she's not good with that either then maybe you could try teaching her?
Teaching ought to be fun, trust me. :D

It's not rocket science, making tea. It's all about water temperature, quality of chaipatti and proportion of chaipatti to water. Show her EXACTLY how you like it made. If she (or he, for that matter), still cannot get it cannot follow instructions, then you need to take over the tea-making duties in your household. Problem solved.
