What if you wake up one day to find that God has revealed himself to the world and you found out that your religion and your prophet or prophets were false.
What would you do?
You will reject the God despite anyway and stick to your religion??
or
You will immediately convert to correct religion to save your a…?
or
You will commit suicide and go to hell anyway if there is one?

religion is something no one shud ever be wrong about....
always make sure u r on the correct one....
so whatever religion u r following, go out and verify if its the correct one, and check other religions too, just to be sure....

Who gave you such a choice. Islam does not say this. Which anti-Islam book did you read???And which Anti-Islam author you read???
It is something like this…
1) Convert and become our brothers and enjoy equal rights of an Islamic state as a first class citizen.
2) Pay Jizeya (State tax), become a second class citizens and we will protect your social an economical rights, like any other citizen, and allow you to practice your religion.
3) If you do not accept any one of these two easy options, thein prepare for battle.

i did not mention any specific religen. even religens have to feed cloth and give jobs.loyalty does not come free.

I am very sorry to see the whole point of thread is lost and derailed. Question had nothing to do with any specific religion esp Islam.
The first reponder twisted the question instead if simply answering the question.
Why it is such a taboo to even thinking of answering such and open ended question. Why, Are you afraid of losing your religion just by asking this question.
Please arm... you will not lose your religion.
Dont be scared.
And then other reponder decided to attack Islam which was totally pointless considering the general nature of original question.
If someone really wish to share his or her thoughts it would be interesting to see how a Christian would react to know his religion is false , a muslim, a hindu and for same cause an atheist when he finds out his thoughts were wrong. Well I guess for an atheist it will be fairly easy to admit the fact and he/she will embrace the true religion.

Finding out what you believe in is false and switching and adhering to that which you know is correct is not always the easiest job.
It has never been switching the religion issue for me, however, I'm constantly faced with changing my stances, and beliefs when presented with one that is more accurate and sound.
Personally, it brings me a lot of pleasure to know that Allah (SWT) has given me the ability to change myself and that I usually do try to take heed and change my beliefs. If anything, it shows me as someone who is inconsistent to others, but that doesn't matter much to me, so long as I know what I'm following or believe in is true.
In addition, changing my beliefs and having a particular stance on an issue does not mean I put it to practice right away. Given that I'm not the best Muslim, I do change my beliefs, but I'm not always able to put everything into practice. However, I do try and make an attempt to strive and put things into practice, or I hope that if not now, then perhaps later I'll be able to do so.

Not a valid response.. the reason being its all very well saying go out and verify the correct one but by then you have been brought up in your religion,\ your whole way of life is reflected in your religion because your parents brought you up that way and you seriously think MOST people will go and verify their religion, if anything they will automatically start verifying the religions with a bias towards their own religion which automatically means the verification is not going to be all that great..
To anser the question, if i found out i was following the wrong religion and this would have to be a big IF i would change to the correct one..However i do have full faith in my religion

We have a religon that cannot be denied! never will Allah(swt) send another revelation down after the Qur'aan, never can our religion of Islaam be proved wrong as Allah said in the Qur'aan
And if you (Arab pagans, Jews, and Christians) are in doubt concerning that which We have sent down (i.e. the Qur'ân) to Our slave (Muhammad Peace be upon him ), then produce a Sûrah (chapter) of the like thereof and call your witnesses (supporters and helpers) besides Allâh, if you are truthful. (Al-Baqarah 2:23)
and the Prophet(saw) said to stay away from "ifs" in religion and not to ask questions which have no benefit.
The Prophet (SAW) said, "Allah has forbidden you (1) to be undutiful to your mothers (2) to withhold (what you should give) or (3) demand (what you do not deserve), and (4) to bury your daughters alive. And Allah has disliked that (A) you talk too much about others (B), ask too many questions (in religion), or (C) waste your property

the only time Allah will reveal himself will be on qiyamah as Allah said in the Qur'aan
“Some faces that Day shall be Naadirah (shining and radiant).
Looking at their Lord (Allaah)”

and as the Prophet(saw) said when asked whether we will see Allah
“Do you doubt that you see the moon on the night when it is full?” They said, “No, O Messenger of Allaah.” He said, ‘Do you doubt that you see the sun when there is no cloud?” They said, “No, O Messenger of Allaah.” He said, “You will see Him likewise…”

and finally Allah(swt) said
O you who believe! Ask not about things which, if made plain to you, may cause you trouble. But if you ask about them while the Qur'ân is being revealed, they will be made plain to you. Allâh has forgiven that, and Allâh is OftForgiving, Most Forbearing. (Al-Ma'idah 5:101)
