You don't hit guys. It's doesn't hurt. You kick them really hard in the appropriate place and they their face will go blue and they won't be able to get up for about 5 minutes.

2) Agree to hit him where it hurts
3) Secure my financial well being, whatever it takes :)
4) Restraining order will help me do that :)

Part of the problem I think was that she refused to testify or something like that.
In any case, Im pretty sure this has had some impact on his career.

I would leave. It never stops after one slap. Someone slaps-hits you once, they will do it again GUARANTEED

I agree a slap for slap and there is no other option.
*Our neighbor was slapped by her hubby and when he went on his work, she took his clothes cut them and throw it away. She changed the door lock and called the police. He could NEVER meet her and he still can't even approache her. And I really liked the way she did. I was amazed to see that. *
She was a pretty brave person. I admire her for that.
ALSO: I would leave the husband and destroy anything I had given him if he had abused me. I'm not married as I'm still 14, LOL. But I am a sassy, bold yet calm person so I can do whatever I want. :)
