You cannot pay zakaat with that
unless you are confusing the word "charity" with zakaat...
my last response was based on the reasoning and ruling given by Maulana Yousuf Ludhiyaanvi Shaheed.
No one even mentioned paying zakaat with that money... Zakat is NOT charity.
