what i think is it has to do with the comfort levele between the couple
if they are rely into each other they will take da extra effort to look good for there spousee however if there always fighting and not that into each other ...then yeh they BTH not jus ONE but bth myte start letting go of themselves

i knww that when the wives have kids they get much busier and hardly ahve time for them selves HOWEVERR I STILL SAY that if her and her spouse have a great relationship then she will go the extra mile ...
