^ This. Guys are humans to. It doesn’t take extra experience or training to be able to talk to them. Its one thing not to be outgoing or super talkative with a guy b/c you’re shy. But to totally rebuff his efforts to get to know you or saying you’re going to get back to him and not doing it etc…stuff like this will make most guys think you’re playing a games. I have guy friends who have dealt with this behavior and when they talk about it, they don’t have anything good to say about the girl.

Not exactly shy but most of my friends were girls, and I intend to keep it that way. But there was this cute guy in my university who showed obvious signs of interests but it involved more gestures than talking.

As far as playing with a guy is concerned, I wasnt playing with him at all. Wasnt looking for a relationship.

Not that I regret doing what I did, but I was thinking what if a similar situation arrives in the future. Like if you catch a guy staring at you all the time, and you like him too, how should you proceed?
