Nothing against OP having two ID’s, its none of my concern, just trying to understand the rules regarding this issue.

what I am saying is that a person has 2 or more nicks and he/she violates a rule through one nick and we decided to ban, we ban all the nicks.
in case of Hareem/Catskin, no violation has occurred so she is ok from GS point of view to keep using either or both nicks.
fortunately no
