Yeah…how the near future of Pakistan would look like if SC of Pakistan rejects Musharraf’s presidency winning…which I think SC won’t negate it…

PS: Should we re-study the constitution of Pakistan and keep amending it the ridiculous articles only by the 2/3 of parliament of Pakistan…

All amendments to the constitution during a military dictatorship are illegal. Law 101.

Most probably imposition of emergency, Kiani will take over as CMLA sending Mush, Aziz and CJ home. BB and her husband will continue to enjoy their lives in Dubai, London and Newyork ever after.

I think we should modify the constitution in the coming years...repeal the articles which were inducted for individual benefits...nation's interest must be supreme...simplify the constitution...cut it to a mere few pages...not a messy one...make it more realistic and not idealistic...bingo! :)

You should firstly understand that your comments have no relevance to the subject at hand. A military dictatorship puts the constitution into abeyance as the military man is a traitor. So Musharraf is a traitor per our constitution. Any actions a traitor takes to modify the constitution is null and void.

No. He said that Martial law is a possibility. So it is one of the options. But his personal opinion is that it won't be chosen as an option. First statement is factual, the second is opinion. No contradiction.

Arey bahi I said that b/c I know Condi wont let us down. You see, our generals don't care much about what their own people say, but they do care what their foreign masters say, especially the Americans. BTW, have you ever wonder how can Pakistani generals afford to send their kids to best schools in the US?
