Given the action taken by the Chief Justice of Pakistan against the establishment and given current situation about the flour and other crisis in Pakistan, what do u think he might have done?
this is what i think:
Have called all the responsible officers in the court and forced them to say out the names of those who are responsible for the flour-crisis.
have legal notices/warrants to arrest and/or have them in the court with satisfactory answers
Have sentenced the guily officers and other persons ( business man, politicians) for creating the crisis to satisfy the lust of money.
I have not seen the names of those persons listed any where but iam sure they are the same who have their names in other scandals ( sugar and steel mill ) and i guess they had planned this crisis and thats y they advised Musharaf to deposed them. so the risk of being called in will be mitigated.
accusition without proper backing will turn u into a lier brother, he was theif or not, he did saved/provided assets and people with some hope of justice, u have every right to disagree with him but as i said, accusitions without proper proves will lead u no where.

Stop you fools, Mr. Justice Suhaib has announced the verdict and he has seen the proofs himself in private. That should be enough. The current justices in the court are the finest, honest and loyal to the people of Pakistan (not some president).
So hands down. No more sou motos. Honey and milk is flowing in our rivers, that is why SC/HC are not interfering in establishment/government matters. Its nothing like as you idiots think, don’t listen to the rumours that Ch. Shujaat and Pervaiz Elahi were involved in smuggling (beyond quota). Its all rubbish.

where are they, why they were not presented in fron of the court? why he is still not procecuted when the " BEST JUDGES" has taken over? why the criminals judges are not brought to justice?

A swift kick in the rear is exactly what these people need... The fact that these people are allowed to get away with it is percisly why it keeps happening... These people are truly evil and are nothing more then greedy criminals who should be punished as such.
And lets face it, this is why Mush had such an issue with with the Chief Justice. Because unlike Mush, the CJ didnt stand for corruption, nepotism and criminality... All of which are common place and part of bussines as usual under Mush... Its a matter of those who prefer thuggery and corruption over those who demand justice and rule of law.

Your facts arent considered facts... If there is proper proof of cooruption and his "intentions", lets see it. Put your money where your mouth is..
Funny thing about intentions is that they are always open to interpretation... You might claim your intentions are to support the country and economic development, but many others on this forum probably think your intention is to support mush at all cost with ryhme or reason.
