I don’t think there’s any particular worship mentioned anywhere…just recite Quran and do tasbih.

do tasbeeh.. of 1st kalimah, lots of Astaghfar, YA HAYUU YA QAYOOM, YA GHAFOOR UR RAHEM, QUL HO ALLAHU AHAD, nafils, read quran.. surah dakhaan,yaseen baqrah,muzammil or any of the surah u want

tasbeeh of ..YA AZIZO, YA RAHEMOO, SUBHAN ALLAHEY WABI HAMDI SUBHAN ALLAH IL AZEEM...
and awwal o akhir duord shareef of every tasbeeh... read 1st kalimah ,Astaghfirullah and 3rd qalimah as much as you can... walekum jazak ALLAH
