I guess stuff like fading creams containing HQ, retin-A, chemical peels would do the job. I got mine lasered off.

yes it amazingly did work for me.
i was always able to hide my freckles* with make up but now they're gone so mild that i don't need much foundation to hide them.*

i cant believe , i use this cream few years back and its horrible allergic to my skin i am hospitalize my colour its medium fair but its burn and now my colour its dark plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz dont use this thinggggg

If you want faster results, then look into options such as chemical peel sessions/microdermabrasion/laser, etc. But you need to consult a dermatologist....who can assess your skin and suggest the appropriate treatment. From the market, you can get creams containing a bleaching agent such as hydroquinone HQ). Usually the store products contain an HQ concentration of 2%.....it will fade the spots...but it will take longer than a product containing a higher concentration of HQ (let's say 3-4%). The higher concentration creams will work faster, but they have to be prescribed by a doctor.
U should be wearing a good sunblock at least 15-30 minutes prior to going out in the sun......but when you apply bleaching agents to your face (be it a product from the store or from the dermatologist), your skin will become more sensitive to the sun and so you really NEED to wear sunblock.....as not doing so can result in hyperpigmentation (dark patches).

I use sunblock daily, i have used all the creams under the sun, had microdermabrasion, used laser, and i still cannot shift these freckles on my face :(
Maroush please share which laser treatment you had done.

^ Peels are more effective in fading freckles, microderm isn't really effective.

Microdermabrasion was rubbish for me, total waste of money.. TCA peels and other options such as HQ creams would be a lot more effective imo.. The methods Maroush and RV mentioned do work..
