Thinking of other threads about current situations and 9/11, what did you tell your children about 9/11? My daughter has a full chapter on in history book with pictures and everything?

dont have any children and nor am i married :D

but if did, i would wait until they are 12 before giving them a detailed explanation of what happened.

9/11 is too soon to be in history books.

I think current history should end in 1991 with the end of the gulf war and collapse of the soviet union.

I personally think there needs to be a 25 year gap between what is taught in history books.

So since today is 2012, the history taught in classes should end in 1987 to 1991.

9/11, should be taught in the year in 2026.
