Sitting infront of a computer and telling everone how much we love pakistan is not good enough.
we as educated pakistanis should start thinking about why PAKISTAN is not going in the right direction. mullah’s are running rabid. the politicians are corrupt, our president is American.
on a SAD note, India is one day younger then us, and they are the biggest democrasy in the world.
doesn’t that make you feel bad and ashamed.
LETS THINK ABOUT A SOLUTION, LETS TRY TO PUT SOME LIFE BACK IN PAKISTAN. LETS TOGETHER WORK FOR A BETTER PAKISTAN, SO THAT IT CAN SURVIVE ANOTHER 50 YEARS AND NOT PARISH
dont be emotional or angry, look deep inside you and find a solution.
don't make excuses. what are you doing as an individual? what are your contributions to correct a few wrongs? how exactly are you playing your part in all this? the whole country is corrupt an not just politicians, mullahs and as few other rick sobs.
jassoos, i totally i agree with you. Pakistan is a country filled with corrupt poilticians who are just sharks who care nothing else other than making money for themselves. If all the money that was supposed to be spent on projects was actually spent and not and put in polticians pocket, paksitan would be a much better place.
You are right, India has 1+ billion, and no millitary coups, EVER. We have had 4 already. And also there are problems with unifiactaion.
There is alot of nationalism going around espiecially in NWFP and Balochsitan, and my self being orgiannly from Kahsmir Valley somewhat agree with them. Like the Punjabi dominance of rsources and jobs. Punjabis make up 85% of the millitary and most of the Gov't jobs. Almost all high ranking millitary jobs are held by punjabis because promotions are given primarily tp punjabis so yeah, we must also elimimnate ethinc racism.
Yea thats what i want to eliminate too but people do that. Like when i talke tro my pukthoon friends they show a lot of hatred towards punjabis. We must end this hatred if we want a unified Pakistan. In Balochistan people sing anti-Pakistan songs. You know what the Balochis cite about the Punjabi domination, You people probabli know about the Sui gas fields, they are in Balochistan. The gas is provided to sindh and punjab by pipelines but to balochistan the very province that produces it by gas cylinders!
People tend to think Pakistanis are one people, but Pakistanis are a very diverse groupe of people.

I myself .. start thinking ... why is this dif ... so i came 2 the point .. may b bcz of security reason .. bcz in NWFP we got lot of arms ... and some area is not even controlled by gov ...
I think cylinderz r more safer then pipe linez ... here we r also using Cylinder ...(In world's fastest growing country )

But gas cylinders arent avaible all the times(lets not kid outselves, there are a lot of shortages in pakistan of alot of things in rural areas) so because of this 4000 year old juniper trees are being cut down for firewood by the timber mafia.

My village is located in punjab .. we don't hav gas cylinderz ... nor ppl can afford them easily .. where as there in Air force base near by ...
on that base everything is available ... So v never decided 2 take revenage against that base ... bcz v know if that base is there ... whole pakistan is there

you know instead of fighting we can eamil musharaf and ask him to free the media,
if we have free press we can do much more and discuss it in the open.
Actually you know when i was in Pakistan last year there was a website being advertised heavily where you could email Musharraf questions and he would answer some of them. I dont know if its still there. doubt it.
