A citizen has recently drawn the attention to a very important and a serious point. He says when any fatal accident takes the injured mostly die on the road as people hesitate to pick him up because if a public spirited citizen out f humanity carries the injured he is detained by the hospital authorities until the arrival of the police.
What I wonder is we have today mushroom so called human right organizations, financially rich NGOs, so called human rights activists, professional columnists always trying to show pains on their faces due to common man sufferings, judges, ombudsmen, human rights advocates etc. Even then why so far no one has come up for any real issues eg (i) an accident victim be treated immediately at the nearest hospital/clinic and the doctors there simultaneously inform the police (ii) some reservation may be kept for persons who out of humanity despite knowing the problems with police and courts pick up injured and bring to hospitals.
