- It is clear that we lack a leader.
- Our team selection was not the best. Why bring in Imran Nazir, Azhar Mehmood when they have not played consistently for the side in over 2-3 years.
- We had injuries to some key players and no backups for them. Aren't we supposed to be grooming youngsters.
- We lacked young blood.
- No clear well defined strategy in the past 4 years. We have players batting all sorts of orders (other than our big 3). No one has been groomed into becoming a specialist batsmen in one particular batting slot. This has brought about a lack of consistency.
- We need a genuine opening pair.
