Islam doesn't make exceptions for anyone. What's your point?

My point is that no one is perfect. Muslims, Jews, christians pick any religion they all have issues with this disease (homosexuality). I can safely say that homosexuality is condoned in Christianity, Judaism and Islam.

Hazrat Lutt (prophet Lott) had an epidemic on his hands. Old testament and Holy Quraan both speak of this.

For you to come out with.
"Gay Muslims. Thats an oxymoron"
is misleading. That applies to gay christians and gay jews (I know that they have modified their religions to incorporate gays, but it is wrong).

As far as Pathans are concerned it was just an observation (didnt mean to piss people off, but I guess I did, no worries I am a pathan too, so singa haal deh). Anyway this is the last post on this subject since I personally dont care whether one takes or gives.

Have a nice day.

Please don’t belittle homosexuality by comparing it to londay bazi that goes on in some places. Those desperate people will make love to a vegetable if they couldn’t find any other hole. Young boys seem to be an easy target for them. Homosexuality is a sexual orientation that people are born with. It is not a measure of desperation when one needs a desire to get cuddly.

And I promised that this was my last post, but this last post made my day. I am ROTFL.:rotfl:

I agree with what this brother has said, pronouncing Kufr on someone because of a major sin is not the way of the Ahlus Sunnah wa’al Jamaa’ah, it is the way of the Al-Khwarij.

Fear Allah, if they accept their sin as a sin then nobody has a right to declare them a Kaafir, yes they are major sinners but not Kaafir.

Yes if the necessary requirements are met (caught doing it, admit it bluntly etc.) then in a Muslim state the Qazi can sentence them to death/stoning (not any dude on the street taking the law into his own hands), and the Janaazah should be prayed over the dead body (but not by someone of authority) and it should be washed and shrouded and buried like Muslims.

It’s from a Hadith that if somebody (Muslim) is punished by the law for their sin in this world (stoning etc.) then they are redeemed of their sin, forgiven but if Allah conceals it then He can punish them Himself through other means in this world, in the hereafter or forgive them if He chooses to.

there are gay muslims ,prositiutes, bankrobbers and accountants
may be most of them dont eat pork.

Well if they are doing it in the privacy of their own bedrooms, and are not caught during the actual act nor flaunt it then it’s between them and Allah.

Our Prophet :saw: said:

“All of my ummah (nation/followers) may be forgiven except those who commit sin openly. It is a kind of committing sin openly if a man does something at night, then morning comes and God has concealed his sin, but he says, ‘O So and so, I did such and such last night,’ when his Lord has concealed him (his action) all night but in the morning he reveals that which God had concealed for him.”

“Avoid this filthy thing that God has forbidden, and whoever commits any sin of that nature let him conceal himself with the concealment of God.”

“God does not cover any slave in this world but God will also cover him on the Day of Resurrection.”

Islam seeks to build a clean society dedicated to serving Allah, that’s why it should be kept free of social ills which are detrimental for individuals and society, they shouldn’t be flaunted so that it doesn’t spread to others, that’s probably the reason it prescribes punishments which may seem harsh to us who grew up amongst sin and don’t realise it’s severity and consequences, another reason is probably to act as a deterrent for others.

That doesn’t mean that doing it in private is okay coz our evil deeds have a bad effect on our lives i.e. we are sometimes punished in this world, and sometimes God will punish us in the hereafter and even worse sin darkens our spiritual senses, it acts like a rust so that we re left deaf, dumb and blind, we can’t tell right from wrong, and our way of thinking stops conforming to Islam, it can even lead to us apostating, disobedience can lead to disbelief, and we all know then that there’s eternal hell in the hereafter.
