If there’s no ghusl given to a miyet, what will happen to that miyet’s soul?
it shud not matter....
there r many muslims who die without even getting a proper burial....
i dont think the person (his soul or body) wud be punished (or rewarded) for something after he was dead and not capable of permitting or prohibiting any act....
however if some muslims deliberately leave out the ghusal and bury their muslim brother without a ghusal, their act can be punishable....
