well being indian i cant say much about musharraf but one thing he's more humble less orthodox and liberal ruler for minorities.. he removed separate electorate in 2002, katasraj was first time accessible etc..
the punjab cm is also liberal and nice man in this regard.hes done much for minorities. setting guru nanak university at nankana sahib made it district headquarter etc
