Ok,
I made Ras Malai… total classic tareekay say…
doodh phaar ker n stuff
ab jub white paneer thingy kay balls banaey to garam doodh mein daal deeye
jub guests ko daynay ka time aya to they were hard as a rock :no:

can anyone plz tell me where did i go wrong

did u cook paneer balls in sheera before putting them in milk. when u cook them in sheera they will increase in size , absorb some meetha and become soft too.

Like gshaheen said ... they become rocks if you put them directly in the milk ... so you got to boil them before in sweet water ...
