well, today we friends got together for lunch. i said to one of my friend (who is an Egyptian) “Ya Habibi”, i thought it means “my friend” (that can be used for anyone) but it more likely means “my love”. Since he is a guy, everyone else started to laugh.
It was ok though because according to our discussion, People from lebanon actually use it for everyone. so it depends on the country.

i was catherine in the play a view from the bridge. today we were reading and a part came where i meaning catherine had to say i love you rodolpho to rodolpho who was being played by raheel. no when that part came i said i love you quickly. the teacher wasnt satisfied. she maid me repeat that dialogue 12 times! then later raheel comes upto me and says do you really love me because i do. ANd i am like what!
